The CS phone number vectored me to a pleasant, but not especially helpful, person who told me the credit union was closed for the day.
Has anyone else has similar issues? Does this CU really only need proof of identity to approve a credit card?
All seems a bit mysterious. One would think that an organization with some connection to NASA would at least have a decent grasp of basic web tech, for Pete's sake. lol.
The email I used with them was e-visa@nasafcu.com
